Thank you for choosing the Habitat for Humanity Triangle ReStores for your donation! We offer donation pick up services for residents of Wake, Johnston, Durham or Orange counties who have large items to donate but do not have an easy way to get them to us.

The average cost to send our trucks to complete each donation pickup is $125. Would you be willing to make a donation to help us offset the cost of our pickup service? This donation will help Habitat for Humanity continue to build safe, affordable homes for families in our community.

We only schedule donation pick ups for two or more large items that won't fit into a normal sized pickup truck or SUV. Smaller items can be dropped off directly at any of our ReStore locations located in Wake, Johnston, Durham or Orange counties. If you do not find a category that fits your item, please choose the category that is the closest match or call 919-744-2420 to discuss with one of our Donation Schedulers. DONATION SIZE and WEIGHT GUIDELINES All items must meet the following size requirements: no taller than 6 and a half feet (78 inches) and no longer than 5 feet (60 inches). Additionally, the item should weigh no more than 150 lbs. Please call 919-744-2420 to speak to a Donation Scheduler if your item is larger or weighs more than our guidelines.
Our trucks run six days a week with two blocks of time each day to choose from: AM (pick-up time between 8:00am-12:00pm) and PM (pick-up time between 12:00pm-4:00pm.) You will receive a call or text 10-15 minutes before arrival.
To help us evaluate the items you want to donate, please upload photos of the items using the link below. Please include photos taken from different angles or sides of each item. We request that you upload photos of each LARGE item you want to donate. We will evaluate these pictures to confirm they meet our criteria.
