We only schedule donation pick ups for two or more large items that won't fit in a normal sized pickup truck or SUV. Smaller items can be dropped off directly at any of our ReStore locations located in Wake, Johnston, Durham or Orange counties.

Our trucks run five days a week (Tues to Sat) with two blocks of time each day to choose from: AM (pick-up time between 8:00am-12:00pm) and PM (pick-up time between 12:00pm-4:00pm.) You will receive a call or text 10-15 minutes before arrival.

We request that you upload photos of each LARGE item you want to donate.
This helps us to evaluate the items you want to donate. Please upload photos of the items using the links below or email them to us at: donations@trianglerestores.org
Please include photos taken from different angles or sides of each item.
For large appliances, please include a picture of the inside of the appliance so we can assess the condition.
We will evaluate these pictures to confirm they meet our criteria.
